Insight
The IU Police Academy reached out to Train918 because they were having a problem. The issue was straightforward, “People don’t know that this program exists.” With the IUPA being the only program of its kind, our goal was simple; introduce, inform, and share success stories of the IUPA’s long-standing program.
IU students in the academy receive education and training on more than 90 topics, totaling over 600 hours of instruction with more than 16 examinations. Some of the material covered includes federal and state laws, individual’s rights, investigation procedures, physical tactics, medical aid, and emergency vehicle operations.
Scope
Our team created three long-form videos for IUPA including an Overview video, a Cadet Officer Program video, and an Alumni Highlight video, as well as one short-form social media video. The project consisted of several interviews with current instructors, directors, and past alumni.
